Necktip

How we work from scope to launch.

Clear steps, clear outputs, clear pace.

Why we are fast

Speed from decision quality

We don't cut corners on quality. Speed comes from deciding early, clearly, and with the right people.

Limited scope

We define scope at the start and stick to it. Fewer things done well is faster than many things done halfway.

Fewer loops

No unnecessary handoff layers. The project is led by someone who both decides and delivers.

Senior ownership

The project is not led by a junior who escalates. It is led by a senior person who decides directly with you.

Process

5 steps from scope to launch

Step 1

Goal, scope and decision axis

We define what the website needs to do, for whom, and who approves key steps. We don't start designing until this is clear.

  • Brief
  • Scope document

Step 2

Structure and content direction

We translate the offer into a sitemap, information hierarchy, and content that can be understood without technical jargon.

  • Sitemap
  • Content direction
  • Page priority

Step 3

Wireframe and design direction

Key pages in wireframe and the visual direction of the website. The first working version comes quickly.

  • Wireframes
  • Design direction
  • Key pages

Step 4

Build and QA

We complete the implementation, contact or ordering flows, analytics, and testing of critical scenarios before launch.

  • Working website
  • Forms / flows
  • QA and tracking

Step 5

Launch and recommendations

After launch you know what to develop next, what stays out of scope, and where further investment makes the most sense.

  • Live website
  • Next step recommendation

Collaboration policies

Every project includes 2 revision rounds. Further revisions are handled via change request or an agreed contract adjustment. The goal is to keep the project moving and avoid endless loops.

If a blocking client dependency sits for more than 1 working day, the timeline pauses. We only count days when the project is actually progressing. This protects both sides — you are not under pressure and we don't bear the consequences of waiting.

After launch the CMS is set up so the client's team can edit content independently. We show you how to work with the CMS and what to keep in mind when editing. If it makes sense to continue, we can collaborate on further phases or one-off adjustments.
